It can be difficult to spend time talking about how the relationship is going in the tempo of daily life. Relationship check-ups provide a space for couples to evaluate their relationship strengths and the issues they want to work on together.
This study is not only aimed at couples who are experiencing a crisis. Couples who want to understand each other's changing needs, review common goals, or prepare for a life change can also apply.
In Which Situations Can You Contact Us?
- Desire to evaluate the strengths and challenging areas of the relationship together.
- Accumulation of minor disagreements postponed without speaking.
- Changing needs for intimacy, personal space, and time spent together.
- Preparing for a new era, such as becoming a parent, moving, or changing jobs.
- The need to review expectations and common goals for the future.
- The desire to regularly devote time to the relationship, even if it is not a significant crisis.
What is addressed in the process?
In the interviews, communication, emotional closeness, responsibility sharing, boundaries and common goals are handled in line with the needs of the couple. The strengths the couple wants to maintain and the areas they care about improving are identified. Evaluate how the agreed-upon steps can be implemented in daily life. Relationship check-up is not a test that scores the relationship or definitively determines its future.
